Any solicitor who is the subject of investigation can seek assistance, initially at no cost, from the principal who is a member of the Solicitors Assistance Scheme. We act for a number of law firms nationwide. We are also experienced in acting for other professionals who are being investigated before their regulatory body.

Property Disputes
We can deal with all aspects of property litigation disputes for both landlord and tenants such as rent reviews, dilapidations, Party Wall Act and forfeiture claims but excluding residential tenancy disputes.
Mediation
Mediation is increasingly popular with clients who require quick, cost-effective and practical solutions to business disputes and is often ordered by the Courts.
